                  AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING CHAPEL
                  DRIVE LOCATED NORTHEAST FROM ADAMSON CIRCLE,
                  SOUTHEAST OF BONNY OAKS DRIVE, MORE
                  PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby 
closed
       and abandoned Chapel Drive located northeast from Adamson Circle, 

       southeast of Bonny Oaks Drive, more particularly described 
herein,
       and as shown on plat attached hereto and made a part hereof by
       reference:
            Chapel Drive, a 60 foot wide unopened right-of-way
            beginning on the northeast line of Adamson Circle some
            97 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast
            line of Adamson Circle with the southeast line of Bonny
            Oaks Drive, and extending northeast and southeast some
            1292.08 feet between parallel lines to the northwest
            line of lot 66, Bonny Oaks Industrial and Office Park,
            as shown by plat of record in plat book 54, page 65,
            ROHC.  Said street separates lots 35 (plat book 50, page
            293), 64 (plat book 54, page 115), and 38 (plat book 43,
            page 198), all in the Bonny Oaks Industrial and Office
            Park, from a buffer zone, as shown on plat of the Bonny
            Oaks Industrial and Office Park in plat book 43, page
            198, ROHC.
           
            Tax Map No. 129P-B-8, 8.3, and 8.5.

       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
